This is an interesting story about belated-action by Wisconsin officials to address PFAS, though given the political climate, enactment of the proposed regulations seems doubtful. All the more reason to stay focused on local initiatives to protect people and the environmental from PFAS pollution. And local communities can take action–see our many blogs that discuss what city and county agencies–public health, engineering, storwmater utility, and others can do to address PFAS issues here–but usually aren’t.
